Chef Laurent Lhuillier has won 12 National Gold Awards, and 4 International Awards for Pastry. He was the Executive Pasty Chef of the Ritz Carlton, as well as the 5-Star Shangri-La Hotel, and 5-Star Mandarin Hotel in Singapore. Dur ing his 40 years in prominent artisanal pastry kitchens around the world, he hand-crafted pastries that are beautiful to the eye and excite the palate. He has appeared on the Food Network for Top 5 Candy Makers and was recognized in numerous publications for his work, including The Washington Post for Best Catered Desserts, being featured on the cover of Special Events Magazine, and being selected as one of the Top Washington DC Chefs by DC Chefs Magazine. Recruited as part of a National Search, Chef Laurent Lhuillier has just been appointed Executive Pastry Chef of Park City Culinary Institute and begins teaching with us in the Fall of 2019.
