From Pinot Blancs to Pinot Noirs, each wine is designed to play naturally with the restaurant’s seasonal, ingredient-forward cuisine. Over three – courses, Kellie will share the stories, nuances, and personalities behind each wine, highlighting how Pinot’s range complements EPC’s clean, modern style. This lunch leans into the varietal’s quiet elegance and its ability to elevate even the simplest of flavors.
