Follow the hike with DeLille’s Bordeaux-style wines, from Washington State, paired with a seasonal menu curated by The St. Regis Deer Valley’s culinary team. Each course is thoughtfully designed to complement DeLille’s expressive reds and nuanced whites, from vibrant Sauvignon Blanc to their distinguished D2 blend. This elevated experience brings together world-class wine and breathtaking scenery for one unforgettable afternoon.
