Nestled in the private wine vault of RIME by the St. Regis Deer Valley, The Art of Argentina Wine Dinner invites you to explore the elegance of Argentinian wine from Piattelli Vineyards. Enjoy a thoughtfully paired, mountain-inspired 5-course dinner from the culinary team at St. Regis, as each dish is designed to complement Piattelli’s remarkable portfolio. Sip on high-altitude Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Argentine regions of Cafayate and Mendoza while savoring thoughtfully paired, seasonal dishes.

Park at Deer Valley parking lot. Walk up to the hotel and ride the funicular up to the St. Regis lobby. The dinner will take place in RIME Restaurant (please see the lobby attendant for indoor guidance).
