Belen Carreto will be a featured chef at the Park City Wine Festival

Chef Carreto is originally from Guerrero, Mexico. At the age of 19, he started his culinary career in the United States right here in Park City, Utah. Gaining knowledge for the culinary world, Chef Carreto worked at several Park City hotels and restaurants before coming to Butcher’s Chop House & Bar. Carreto started as a Sous Chef with Butcher’s before getting promoted to Head Chef in 2022. Outside of the restaurant business, Chef Carreto likes to spend time with his family, traveling, hunting, and owns a snow removal business during the Park City winter seasons.
