High West Distillery
High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by David Perkins and his wife, Jane. David, a former biochemist, was inspired to open his own distillery after seeing the parallels between the fermentation and distilling process and his own work in biochemistry during a trip to a whiskey distillery in Kentucky. In 2004, David and his family relocated to Park City, Utah to begin their new venture, where they began distilling in 2007. They chose Park City because of David’s love of the Old West and Utah’s little-known whiskey history.

As a 16 year recipient of the Forbes Travel Guide Four Star Award, Riverhorse on Main is lauded by restaurant critics and the dining public alike as one of North America’s top culinary destinations and a Park City culinary gem.
tupelo Park City
Park City’s newest fine dining restaurant is the culmination of one chef’s relentless exploration of food terroir. Young and ambitious, executive chef/owner Matt Harris learned to cook and rose to top chef in a few impressive culinary empires (Jean Georges Vongerichten, Kevin Rathbun, Pano Karatossos). He then embarked on a mission: visiting local producers across the country and around the globe: farmers to fisherfolk, ranchers to cheesemongers. He waded waters, tromped muddy fields, and wrestled with pigs like a true farmhand—all in pursuit of the very best the earth and oceans had to offer. His adventures formed the foundation for tupelo, and the rich, luminous stories underlying every dish.
Twisted Fern
Real food, the kind that comes directly from plants and animals, is naturally fresh, nourishing, wholesome, and pleasant. At Twisted Fern, they honor the roots of our ingredients and infuse a twist of creativity in a New American atmosphere. We do this out of respect for you and respect for the process. Twisted Fern believes serving minimally processed real food should be the norm, not a catchy pitch.
Wine Dive & Boneyard Saloon
A local’s gathering site known for our fine comfort food and friendly atmosphere, we’re located just North of Main Street with plenty of free parking. Two unique atmospheres located in one building, Boneyard prepares most dishes on our custom-built wood-fired grill. Everything from our juicy burgers to fall-off-the-bone ribs, jambalaya to our award winning wings – all house-made, with a depth of flavor from the grill’s heat and smoke. We also have a great selection of local Utah beers on tap as well as loads of bottles and cans from all over.
Across the hall, Wine Dive is our softer, swanky side, offering a spin on small bite plates and artisan pizzas all prepared in our exhibition kitchen showcasing a wood-fired oven. This side features a varied selection of interesting wines on tap, using the latest mechanics & technology to keep keg wine fresh, glass after glass. In addition we keep an excellent bottle selection offering new & old world wines.
