Executive Sous Chef Christian Ojeda has transformed the dinner concept into Apex Steak, a modern interpretation of the American steakhouse. Apex Steak pays homage to our unique location high in the mountains of Empire Pass and serves steakhouse classics with a progressive twist. Featuring exceptional steaks cut from small family farms, ingredients from artisanal producers, sustainable seafood and an expansive collection of red wines from around the world, Apex Steak is Deer Valley’s premier dining setting.
tupelo Park City
Park City’s newest fine dining restaurant is the culmination of one chef’s relentless exploration of food terroir. Young and ambitious, executive chef/owner Matt Harris learned to cook and rose to top chef in a few impressive culinary empires (Jean Georges Vongerichten, Kevin Rathbun, Pano Karatossos). He then embarked on a mission: visiting local producers across the country and around the globe: farmers to fisherfolk, ranchers to cheesemongers. He waded waters, tromped muddy fields, and wrestled with pigs like a true farmhand—all in pursuit of the very best the earth and oceans had to offer. His adventures formed the foundation for tupelo, and the rich, luminous stories underlying every dish.

Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar, for locally sourced comfort food and specialty cocktails, designed to bring the tastes of Utah right to your table. Start your day with a build-your-own omelet, homemade chorizo breakfast wrap, or stack of buttermilk pancakes. Midday offerings include flatbread pizzas, fresh salads, and hearty fare like our marinated flatiron steak sandwich.
