Stroll down Park City’s delightfully preserved old mining town main street to savor a wide collection of wine, beer and spirits. Partnered with the Gallery Association, the venues include Main Street’s best art galleries. At each stop, a subset of wine, beer and spirit representatives will sample their favorites, as well as provide as much detail as you want to learn! The focus of this tasting is the libations and education, and we end the event right in time to make your dinner reservation at one of Park City’s excellent restaurants. As you stroll through town, note the restored structures and take in the beautiful art at the galleries! This is much more than your usual art walk with as many as 10-15 wines, beers, or spirits to sample at each stop.

Set at the Montage Deer Valley, this event selects the gems in participating wineries portfolios for you to sip, swirl, and savor. Only 90+ point ratings, reserve bottles, and high price points will make the cut in this unique tasting opportunity. Executive Chef Shawn Armstrong will create delectable samples to accompany these fine wines and end the night with an unforgettable tasting. Limited tickets available.

Spend the morning golfing in a setting that rivals the game itself. Canyons Golf offers challenging and enjoyable golf characterized by memorable shots and dramatic views. After your nine holes, savor a delicious ‘Red & Red’ pairing with Advanced Sommelier William Davis. He will pair selected red wines from Wilson Daniels’ global portfolio with the delightful cuisine from Executive Chef Charles Zeke Wray of Red Tail Grill.

Prepare your senses for this fully immersive experience that will elevate your appreciation for wine, music and food – together! A local musician will perform a musical number influenced by the style of the wine selected by Sommelier Jim Santangelo of The Wine Academy of Utah. A small food plate will follow to match the music and wine. Following each course, it will be discussed and revealed why the music, wine and food has been paired and selected. Enjoy the ambiance of live music, great wine, and excellent food set in the beautiful new space at Kimball Terrace – complete with panoramic views of the slopes and historic Main Street.

1. The Lodge at Blue Sky will have a resort shuttle to pick up dinner patrons on Main Street at the base of the stairs of Town Lift at 6pm. Please do not be late as we cannot hold the shuttle and delay dinner. If you miss the shuttle, you will have to make other transportation options to the Resort. Thank you for your understanding. 
2. You may drive to the Lodge and park at the resort. Please arrive at the resort between 6:00pm – 6:30pm.

This will be a special night as this year Rick Sayre is celebrating his 50th anniversary of CA winemaking (1969-2019) as well as his 40th Anniversary at RSV (1979-2019). To top it all off, we’ll be celebrating Rodney Strong Vineyards 60th Anniversary (1959-2019) as well. This will be a dinner not to miss! Seats are limited.

This gloriously scenic route begins with a chairlift ride to the top of Bald Mountain and winds the trails around the southeastern side of the mountain as you take in the scenic view of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Relax and unwind on the shaded Glitretind deck following the hike as you enjoy a Steins award-winning brunch crafted by Executive Chef Zane Holmquist. Get creative mixing your own Bloody Mary recipe presented by Giltretind restaurant.
