The Grand Tasting features an impressive selection of hundreds of domestic and international wines, plus premium craft beer and spirits. In an effort to provide a better and safer tasting experience for our patrons, we’ll be hosting multiple sessions of the Grand Tasting. All sessions will feature the same beverages and samples. Located in the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, prepare for a unique sensory immersion.

The Park City Wine Festival is proud to kick off the weekend with a series of wine dinners at local establishments in Park City.  This dinner at Nelson Cottage by High West presents a High West paired and artfully crafted five course meal. Paired with handcrafted cocktails that only High West can dream up along with a fabulous selection of wines from Trinchero Family Estates, this cocktail and wine food pairing will be the talk of the fest!  Hang on tight as this is sure to be a Wild High West evening!

A celebration of local food and fine wine! The Park City Wine Festival is proud to kickoff the weekend with a series of wine dinners at local establishments in Park City. This dinner at Montage Deer Valley presents an artfully crafted five course meal by Executive Chef Christian Ojeda with a wine pairing by Jim “Bear” Dyke, CEO of Mira Napa Winery.  This has traditionally been one of the most sought after dinners of the festival as it’s always a treat when Chef Ojeda and Bear collaborate.

This dinner at Waldorf Astoria presents an artfully crafted five course meal by the chef team at Powder with a wonderful wine pairing by Rita Di Lello, CSW and Bruce Smitham of J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. It’s sure to be another exquisite dining experience as only the Waldorf and J. Lohr can produce.  Very limited seating for an intimate dining experience.

Butcher’s Chop House, located in Old Town Park City at the base of Town Lift, has been a local owned destination for more than 16 years.  Butcher’s prides themselves on great food, and genuine hospitality.  Chef Jose Cuellar’s 5-course menu, paired with Rodney Strong wines, will certainly be a memorable dining experience.

For over 60 years, Rodney Strong has been producing award winning wines in the heart of wine country California. By pioneering the Sonoma Valley in 1959, founder Rod Strong was able to produce some of the first vintages Sonoma has ever seen. Starting with a wide array of Bordeaux varietals in the Alexander Valley all the way to Cool- Climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Russian River. Like an old friend welcoming you home, we invite you to our Rose All Day lunch. Rosé has taken over the US market recently, exploding in popularity. In France, it now surpasses the sale of white wine and, coincidentally, happens to be the perfect wine for sipping on a patio. Despite its adoration, most of us don’t know how rosé is made or where some of the most consistent rosés comes from. The lunch at the Twisted Fern is an artfully crafted 3-course menu by Chef Adam Ross paired with Speaker William Davis from the Wilson Daniels Family of Wines. What a way to start your day with glasses of Rose!

Midway through your hike, enjoy an outdoor spread of rustic breads, local meats and cheeses, fruits and a variety of elevated bites that only Chef Wayne Christian from Edge Steakhouse can muster up.  Paired with 2020 Winery of the Year, Michael David Vineyards, you will have a VIP experience as owner and founder David Phillips joins you on your mountain journey.

High Noon at High West Lunch

Why should wine have all the fun when everything goes well with whiskey, especially if it’s from High West Distillery? Start your adventure with a beautiful ascent up to High West’s new state of the art whiskey facility.  Upon arrival, a beautifully prepared lunch will be served with sensational small plates provided by High West’s Chef de Cuisine Adriaan Hager. Chef Hager perfectly matches his creations with the diverse range of whiskeys from the High West portfolio, offering a full range of tastes and sensory experience sure to increase your appreciation and knowledge of whiskeys with food pairings.
