Brendan Coyle’s journey began in the Utah brewing scene before earning his Masters in Brewing and Distilling Sciences in Edinburgh, Scotland. He returned to Park City in 2008 to join High West Distillery as Master Distiller, and later served as Master Distiller for parent company Constellation Brands’ global spirits portfolio.
Seeking a closer connection to the land and raw ingredients, Brendan and Carly acquired their 20-acre Kamas Valley estate in 2019. Founded in 2023, Dendric Estate represents the next evolution of their craft – setting a new standard for dry mountain cider, blending expertise, innovation, and a deep respect for the environment.
