Clarke Quigley Biggers
Chef Biggers grew up in the San Juan Islands of Washington State, fishing for salmon, catching dungeness crab, and searching the shoreline at low tide for oysters and mussels. He began his culinary career at 13 years old, washing dishes at the Mariella Inn in Friday Harbor, WA, and he’s been in the Food
and Beverage industry ever since.

Chef Biggers joined Deer Valley in 2016, beginning as Sous Chef of The Mariposa restaurant. He then transitioned to the Chef de Cuisine of the Royal Street Cafe. Currently he is the Executive Chef of Snow Park Lodge, overseeing all culinary aspects of the lodge.
