Take part in the ensemble at this mouthwatering wine-paired dinner at the award-winning Edge Steakhouse. The world-class culinary team has crafted a unique menu that blends traditional steakhouse favorites with a scrumptious array of specialty appetizers, creative entrees and innovative side dishes. We’ll be joined by Caren Hatton, co-proprietor of Arietta Wines, an ultra-premium Napa winery specializing in limited-production Bordeaux-style blends. Arietta’s wines are born from a passion for music. The name Arietta, meaning short aria or art song, and coming from Beethoven's arietta movement of his last piano sonata, Opus 111, expresses their belief that all great wines must sing. Arietta wines are made by Andy Erickson, one of the most accomplished winemakers in the Napa Valley. Where every sip is a note in a harmonious composition of taste and texture…it doesn't get better than this!
