Chef Vazquez is originally from Tijuana, Mexico. He has lived in Kamas, Utah with his family for 20+ years, and began his culinary career in Park City, Utah. When the Boneyard Saloon opened in 2014, Chef Vazquez started as a line cook. He worked his way up through the ranks, and has been the Head Chef for the Boneyard Saloon since 2021. Outside of the restaurant business, Chef Vazquez enjoy’s camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.
