As the Area Manager of Utah and Nevada at J. Lohr Vineyards and Wines, Jake is responsible for all On and Off Premise execution for his states, managing a total of 1,400+ customers. Since joining the industry in 2018, Jake has fostered a detail-oriented reputation to provide creative solutions to heighten customer experience, education, and passion for the wine industry.
Jake was raised in Orange County, California, and attended Northern Arizona University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in market research. From a young age, Jake knew he had a passion for wine and always wanted to work in wine sales or marketing. Since his graduation in the summer of 2018, Jake spent 5 years in sales and sales management roles throughout Southern California at Republic National Distributing Company servicing the Off-Premise market. He then relocated to Las Vegas, NV to pursue Fine Wine On-Premise sales at Johnson Brothers Distributing servicing MGM Resorts and Station Casino’s properties. Jake joined J. Lohr Vineyards and Wines in May of 2024 and loves the close family dynamic that the Lohr Family shares with their team. As a four-year collegiate ice hockey athlete, Jake brings his competitive spirit and desire for success to his J. Lohr family and peers.
