Thorn Apple Baking Co. was dreamed, designed, and built in Big Sky, Montana by long term resident Jennifer Fitzhugh. Pastry Chef Jennifer struggled with dietary restrictions and was inspired to bring delicious options to a minority that isn’t well cared for in Montana. Fresh mouthwatering Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan dessert options are now avaliable for the Big Sky community to enjoy. Any other dietary restrictions are available upon request. Jennifer absolutely love wedding cakes, special events, and creating new items with seasonal flavors. Jennifer loves traveling to make wedding and events dreams come true.
