Paloma Bilson has owned the land in the Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles where the dilecta vineyard and tasting room is located since 2017. Paloma Bilson was born in Angola and raised in Namibia and has a long-time passion for viticulture. Paloma is also a business manager in the entertainment world and an Independent filmmaker. In addition to her business and creative work, Paloma is a committed advocate for children and is involved in Communities in School, TAG in Park City, the YMCA and numerous charities in Angola, South Africa, Mozambique, and Tanzania. She is also a member of YPO, Producers Guild and SAG/AFTRA.
