ABOUT

Pamela Ford is Director of Corporate Sales Planning & Control States for Foley Family Wines & Spirits. After the sale of Silverado Vineyards to Foley Family Wines in 2022, Ford accepted a newly created corporate position, responsible for pricing & programming for all FFW brands with a focus on Luxury/Import brand strategy. Ford also became resident Silverado expert, when historical information was required for national trade, consumer or media events and assisted Sales in this capacity. In 2024, Ford added to her current responsibilities by accepting a newly created role as Director of Control States, overseeing & managing 17 U.S. Control markets where beverage alcohol is both highly regulated and state governments take ownership of the product in some part of the sale & distribution cycle.

 

For several years prior to the acquisition, Ford led sales efforts as Vice President, Global Sales for Silverado Vineyards, Napa, CA. Ford joined Silverado Vineyards in 2011 from Folio Fine Wine Partners, Napa, CA, where she represented 20+ family-owned wineries from around the globe, including iconic Venetian producer, Masi Agricola, for whom she worked for three years prior as U.S. Market Manager. Prior to joining Masi, Ford worked as Fine Wine Manager for Rémy Contreau, Masi’s former importer. In this role, she managed all aspects of Remy Cointreau’s wine business in Florida, furthering wine education & brand training for all Sales channels for such prestigious brands as Masi, Antinori, Vietti, Biondi-Santi, Domaine Laroche Chablis and Champagnes Piper & Charles Heidsieck.

 

Ford was recipient of Remy’s Premium Choice Top Sales Award for 2005-2006 for her work with Merryvale Vineyards in Napa, CA and earned her WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) Intermediate Certification with Distinction.

 

Pamela & her husband of 20 years, Randy, live at the beach, splitting their time between Florida & Oregon. Together, they enjoy surfing & stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), international travel centered around food, wine & cultural destinations, practicing yoga, camping & hiking on the Oregon Coast.
