- 1/2 oz Knock on Wood Barrel Aged Rum
- Spiced Panela Sugar Syrup (Cinnamon, Clove and Anise)
- Cane Sugar Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 Oz Orange Juice
- 4 oz Hot Water
